Standard Delivery (grooming accessories, UK mainland only).
Free Delivery
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on accessory orders of £100 and over.
Express Delivery
For orders under £100, the following charges apply based on total order weight:
- Under 3kg: £4.50
- 3kg–7kg: £5.50
- 7kg–10kg: £6.50
- 10kg–50kg: £8.50
- 50kg–80kg: £35
- Above 80kg: £45
Delivery within 3–5 working days of dispatch.
Pallet Delivery (large or heavy items) — £50
We use a private logistics company for large equipment (tables, baths, etc.). Deliveries are kerbside only — please ensure you have help bringing items inside.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy
We want you to love our grooming tools as much as we do, and to help you find the perfect tool that will last for years. With that in mind, we offer a no-quibble returns and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery, for ultimate peace of mind.
Returning small items (e.g. grooming accessories)
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging with the GoGroom Returns Form or a covering letter including your contact information, use recorded post, and ensure the item is in the condition you would expect to receive it.
Returning large items (e.g. tables or baths)
Large items such as tables or baths must be packaged safely on a pallet, as required by the courier for collection and return. A collection fee applies, from £50.00 per pallet. For a full refund or exchange, the item must arrive at our warehouse undamaged. Please call 07497 493190 to arrange collection.
We aim to refund all items within 72 hours of receipt, in the same way you paid, with credit/debit card refunds typically appearing within 5 business days.
Please note that Gift Vouchers are non-returnable.
